Our Church Hinton St. George Building Trust (The Trust)
Under the above regulation which will come into force in May 2018 the Trust is required to obtain from all those for whom it holds and retains personal information (data) a written consent that the Trust may retain such data for the sole purpose of managing the affairs of the Trust.
You are therefore asked to sign the declaration as below with the assurance that the Trust will never share any data concerning you with any third party and further more should you at any time wish to rescind this consent you may do so in writing whenever you are so inclined requiring the Trust to confirm such instruction within 14 days of such instruction.
